What are your shipping costs?
We currently offer Perth Metro delivery. For costs, please use our delivery calculator on the cart and checkout page. If there is no delivery available in your area, please contact us for options. 

Items will be dispatched between 3-5 days of placing order.

All items are carefully delivered with the utmost of care straight to your door, sorry we are unable to send to PO boxes.

Do you offer local pick up?

Your order can be collected from our studio in East Victoria Park, Perth WA free of charge. Simply select “Local pick up” from our shipping options when prompted during the checkout process. We will contact you with the pickup address details and to arrange suitable time.

Can I get my order delivered as a gift?

Everlasting florals make the perfect gifts, and can be delivered straight to recipient’s door. When at checkout select gift option and we will include a personally written note composed by yourself.

When will my order be dispatched?

Our designs are sent between 3-5 working days of placing order. This allows time to hand make your order with care. 

I need my order by a specific day, what can I do?

If you need your order quickly, please contact us to discuss options. We will do what we can!

How do I care for my everlasting design?

To ensure your design remains looking as beautiful as the day it was made, keep your flowers away from direct sunlight if possible and clean gently with a clean soft cloth if required. 

What is your refunds policy?

Customer satisfaction is paramount to Tangled Ivy and we want you to be 100% with your purchase. We therefore recommend you choose carefully as we are unable to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind. If however your order is faulty, please contact us before you return the item so we can acknowledge your issue, and a returns address will be supplied to you.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We love working with customers to create something unique that perfectly fits their needs and specifications. Contact us for a consultation. 

Will my order be exactly as pictured?

Please note the flowers/foliage shown in the photo may differ from time to time due to seasonal availability.  We will always use the greatest of care in substituting to ensure the same brief is always met.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

In the event the recipient is not home, your order will be left in a safe place out of the weather.

For deliveries outside of the Perth Metro area, authority to leave, redelivery or alternative pickup arrangements will be made direct with the courier service.
